A 200hrs

Education Program (Certified)

with Adela and Satya

Step into your own inner laboratory, a space of curiosity, honesty, and self-inquiry, where yoga becomes more than something you practice, and begins to shape the way you live.

Living Yoga. Sadhana for Real Life is a 200-hour (certified) education program designed to support you in creating a deeply personal and sustainable daily practice. Rather than following a fixed formula, you are invited to explore, observe, and refine your own experience, learning to trust the intelligence within your body, breath, and mind.

Over the course of six months, you will be guided through an immersive process that allows yoga to unfold as a living, evolving practice. With time, structure, and ongoing support, you will cultivate a sadhana that is meaningful and truly lasting.

This is an invitation to embody the full spectrum of yoga, integrating, practice, and self-inquiry into your everyday life.

What you will explore:

  • The foundations of a meaningful and sustainable daily practice.

  • Asana, pranayama, and meditation as tools for integration.

  • Yogic philosophy and its relevance in daily life.

  • Ritual, rhythm, and discipline as pathways to consistency.

  • Deep listening as a way to develop an authentic, intuitive practice.
Within this program, you are encouraged to step into your role as both practitioner and observer, entering your own laboratory to explore what it means to live yoga, rather than simply do it.

This is not about perfection or performance.
It is about presence, commitment, and connection.

For those who wish to share this path with others, the program also offers the possibility of receiving a Yoga Alliance–recognized certification.

Come as you are. Leave with a practice that supports you for life.

The teachers. Adela and Satya

This education is guided by Adela Serrano and Satya, two teachers who each bring a distinct, yet deeply complementary path, meeting at the intersection of embodied practice, self-inquiry, and living wisdom.

Satya brings a quiet, attentive way of guiding that is drawn from the path of self-inquiry, energy, and deep listening. She invites you to return to your own nature, beyond conditioning, beyond stories.

Through subtle guidance, Satya supports you in reconnecting with your inner compass, cultivating clarity, balance, and an honest relationship with yourself. (Satya’s Suchness website)

Adela brings a grounded and precise approach to the physical and structural aspects of yoga. With a foundation in the Iyengar tradition, her teaching is both compassionate and skillful, bridging deep anatomical understanding with a refined awareness of body and mind. Her approach emphasizes safety, intelligence, and the transformative potential of attention within each posture and breath.

Together, they create a space where structure meets intuition, and where practice becomes a living dialogue between form and feeling. Their shared intention is not only to teach yoga, but to support you in discovering your own way of living it, steadily, authentically, and from within.

Your commitment.

Your commitment is the path.

This educational program is held with care, intention, and depth. In return, we ask that you meet the process with honesty and dedication.
As part of your application, you are invited to write a short motivational letter. This is a moment to reflect and share what draws you to this education, why you feel called to step into this exploration of living yoga.

You may include something about yourself, your background, and where you find yourself in your practice right now. More than experience, we value your openness, your curiosity, and your sincerity.

We also ask for a genuine willingness to engage with a daily practice throughout the program. This is where the practice becomes alive, through consistency, attention, and a readiness to listen inward.

This is not about being advanced or having all the answers.
It is about showing up, again and again.

Testimonials.

I’m really grateful for attending this teacher training under the guidance of Adela. She is an exceptional head teacher with a gift for teaching, guiding each student individually while also holding the energy of the group as a whole. The sharing moments in class and throughout the training felt especially meaningful, creating space for reflection and connection. Her guidance is always clear, compassionate and heartfelt, making me and everyone feel truly seen and supported.

What stands out most is how deeply in contact she is with herself, which allows her to connect so authentically with others, both with me personally and with the group as a whole. Her extensive experience, deep love for yoga and embodiment of the practice shine through in every class and this teacher training. And on top of that, she is really funny too, which adds joy and laughter to the learning.

Studying under Adela was inspiring, insightful, and joyful. She has a natural talent for teaching in a way that is attentive, intuitive and heart-centered.

The 200-hour YTT with Adela was a well-rounded and enriching experience. She beautifully combined yoga philosophy, breathwork, and asana, offering both depth and practical understanding.

Adela’s approach to sequencing and cueing was especially valuable - you leave with clear, logical tools that make teaching feel both intuitive and structured. Her guidance creates a supportive learning environment where both personal practice and teaching skills can grow with confidence. Highly recommended for anyone looking to deepen their practice or step into teaching with clarity and authenticity.
