Yoga Studies (200 hours)

This program includes comprehensive training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles. It is structured as a 5 weekend and one week immersive program, allowing for an in-depth exploration of Yoga principles and practices. The curriculum is designed to cultivate self-awareness, personal growth, and the ability to guide others with authenticity and presence.

I offer you an all-round program based on Hatha yoga practices from the tradition of Krishnamacharya and some tantric lineages. The practices include great attention to breath, kriyas, asana, mantra, concentration, meditation, diet, basics of Ayurveda, and the subtle body. This is a unique and transformative yoga program.

This Yoga Studies program adheres to Yoga Alliance guidelines, and, upon completion, you can also receive the RYT-200 certification. This certification qualifies you to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes, and it will introduce you to foundational practices in Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Ayurveda.

In this program we offer a unique opportunity to anyone who wishes to know yoga and live yoga. It establishes and deepens your personal home practice, your “sadhana”, where the real yoga happens. This program is for everyone interested in learning how to bring yoga into their lives in a balanced and intelligent way. Beginners as well as experienced practitioners are welcome. All practices can be modified for any level of experience.

The Yoga program includes different cleansing techniques (kriyas), self-practice asana sequences, pranayamas, guided and silent meditation and practical philosophy sessions.
